Together Cafe

The Together Café at The Lighthouse was created in partnership with the Coalfields Regeneration Trust through the CRT Together programme, funded by Macmillan Cancer Support. It provides a welcoming community space for people affected by cancer whether living with a diagnosis, supporting a loved one, or adjusting after treatment. The café offers a relaxed environment where people can talk openly, share experiences, and access guidance and support without the pressure of a formal appointment. Above all, it aims to reduce isolation, build confidence, and remind people they don’t have to face cancer alone.

The café runs fortnightly on Tuesdays from 11:00am – 1:00pm, however support is not limited to these sessions. If someone needs help outside of these times, they can still reach out and access support when they need it.
