Stroke Support Cafe
Our Stroke Support Café is a friendly and welcoming space for people affected by stroke to meet others who understand. It offers a relaxed environment to chat over a cuppa, share experiences and build confidence at your own pace. Whether you are living with the effects of stroke or supporting someone who is, you are welcome to come along, there’s no pressure, just support and conversation.
The café focuses on connection, reassurance and reducing isolation, helping people feel less alone while signposting to further support if needed.
When: 2nd & 4th Tuesday of every month
Time: 11:00am – 1:00pm
